COMPOSITE INSULATED ROOF PANELS
Although our depot is in the QINGDAO, we deliver our products throughout the whole of the CHINA.
Our composite roof panels are pre-assembled insulated roofing sheets. They are a sandwich of insulation filler, steel profiled top sheet and a steel profiled bottom liner panel.
Our composite panels come pre-assembled so much easier to fit than the built up double skin system. The insulation reduces noise which is ideal if working inside, they are low maintenance and top rated for thermal performance and fire safe, so an excellent method to insulate and clad any building. Composite panels minimize heat loss through roofs and walls which not only keeps your building warm but also reduces your carbon footprint and saves on the ever-increasing cost of energy bills.
Profile: The top sheet is 0.55mm gauge Tricomet 33/1000 box profile (consisting of 4 profiles and 3 valleys) Tata Steel (CE marked) with a choice of all our standard colours in PVC plastisol coated finish and a 0.4mm pure white liner panel facing into the building.
Length and Width: The panels are easily lapped and cover 1m in width once fitted. We manufacture panels to customers exact requirements from 2 metres up to 15 metres in length (shorter length sheets are available but will incur a surcharge) and can deliver them anywhere in the CHINA.
Insulation Thickness: The insulation/core is available in 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm and 120mm thickness.
Composite Rooflights: Factory Assembled Insulated Rooflights (FAIR’s) work in conjunction with the steel composite panels and are delivered to site ready to fit for quick and simple fitting.
Each rooflight is manufactured to meet regulatory and industry requirements for light transmission, thermal insulation, safety levels, fire classifications and long-life performance.
