We have been supplying a wide range of quality galvanised steel box profile roofing sheets for over 30 years now and have a wide range available for our customers. In this time we have built up a strong reputation for the quality of our box profile roofing sheets and we take great pride in this.
Our box profile roofing sheets can be fitted as a brand new roof but can also over clad an existing roof, if required, thus reducing the cost of labour. We can also manufacture these sheets with a reverse profile for side cladding buildings

BOX PROFILE ROOFING SHEETS SPECIFICATIONS
Our galvanised steel box profile 32/1000 roofing sheets are available in two gauges (thicknesses): 0.5mm and 0.7mm. They consist of six profiles and five valleys where the water runs, each profile is 32mm deep and at 200mm centres from peak to peak. For extra support and stability, two extra swages are rolled into every valley of the sheet.

Our box profile roofing sheets are manufactured and cut to standard stock sizes shown below or can be manufactured to customers precise requirements. They provide 1m cover width (as standard) when lapped and fitted.
Uses: Box profile sheets are a modern alternative to the traditional corrugated sheets and are ideal for use on industrial units/warehouses, workshops, storage facilities, garages and sheds etc. They can be used as single skin sheeting, overcladding of an existing roof or form part of a double skin built-up insulated system.

Box Profile GRP Fibreglass rooflights also available. Our fibreglass GRP box profile rooflights work in conjunction with our steel roofing sheets to incorporate natural daylight into your building. These rooflights allow 92% light transmission through the sheet so an excellent method to brighten up your building and reduce on electricity costs .
ANTI-CONDENSATION BOX PROFILE ROOFING SHEETS
An anti-condensation membrane can be rolled onto the underneath of our box profile roofing sheets during manufacturing to reduce condensation problems.
INSULATED ROOFING SYSTEM – DOUBLE SKIN
Our box profile roofing sheets can be used as the top sheet on a built up insulated roof system.
